I just stayed for 1 night receptionist was friendly, room was ok, everything worked well, I had no problems at all.
Room was clean staff were very nice the guy who runs the place is extremely generous even helped me jump start my car. Location kinda ghetto but definitely the better option given the location.
room is fine but the floor is nasty. we booked coz of the power outage (in our place) in apple valley for a night. we have a toddler and kept running around the whole room (w socks on) and the socks became blaack after 🙊. check in/out was a breeze though, so i give them that.
