“Extremely disappointing and unsanitary” The moment we walked into the lobby, we knew we should have walked right back out. Unfortunately, we decided to give the motel a chance—and we immediately regretted it. We honestly don’t understand how this motel has such high ratings. Neue Hotelzimmer, die auf den ersten Blick gut aussehen, aber auf dem 2. Blick Mängel aufweisen. Leider werden wohl die Bettlaken nicht nach jedem Gast gewechselt oder gründlich genug gereinigt. Wir mussten 2 Zimmer, auf Grund schmutziger Bettwäsche wechseln. Beim 3. Zimmer war es so, dass die Bettwäsche nun weitestgehend okay für eine Nacht war.

I left the room I was staying in and left the thermostat to 68°F to have it be cool when I returned. When I did return, it hadn't turned on. I did my best to make sure I was using it correctly, but when it still didn't work, I went to the front desk. Neel was the receptionist at the time and he immediately checked my unit. When he discovered it wasn't working, he called for assistance and was able to have it fixed within ten minutes.
