I’m giving this place 2 stars. The AC didn’t work, the heater didn’t work either, and there was no microwave in the room. These basics should be available, and it really affected my stay
The rooms were nicely renovated and very modern. Quite clean however as it’s beside a busy main road, it’s very noisy and we’re woken through the night by traffic and police sirens.
Nice quiet & great staff
We chose the Avanti by chance--just Googled hotels in Santa Maria looking for a place to stay the weekend while in town for AirFest '25. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel is freshly renovated and while our room was not large, it was spotlessly clean and furnished with a comfortable chair and bed.
