The staffs are extremely nice and helpful, I would def recommend this place. It’s also super convenient to travel downtown/ gastown since the bus station is right in front of the hotel. It has many convenient stores near by.

booked online through super.com about 20 minutes before we arrived for a great price. nothing luxurious but definitely accommodating and I would stay there again. thanks Waldorf!
Not a good experience at all. Rooms were pretty dirty- hair on bathroom floors, scum in bath tub. Didn't look like they cleaned the floors at all. Toilet seat too large for the toilet so it prevented us from being able to open the bathroom door. Lid kept falling down. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Bed was super uncomfortable and broken so one side was lower than the other and it was incredibly squeaky. The room was really bright and loud and the fridge was also loud so we got very poor sleep. I was scared after reading all the reviews but I ended up staying here for one night and it was honestly fine. The room was outdated but honestly what do you expect. It was clean and the staff were super nice! My best friend and I came to van just for fun for one night and staying here wasn’t bad.
