Location was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toilet paper holder was falling from the wall, the bathroom light was burnout and the smoke alarm was missing. In the morning, house keeping debated with my wife stating is was past checkout time, obviously not observing the time change during the overnight. When returning the key card, I rang the service button to report the few issues with the room, but no one responded to the front desk. After several minutes and a short search for staff, I left.
Found dog food in one of the corners and animals aren't allowed
Old structure, rooms are clean, and decent service. I live in Omaha, during storms down power I couldn't find the available room in Omaha's hotels... so city of Glenwood which is about 25 mi from my house a room at Arthur hotel was available so I spent two nights there! to escape from the heat in my house.
