Dated but very clean. We have stayed there multiple times. For the price it’s a good deal. We don’t mind dated but must be clean.

For the quality of the hotel, the price could be cheaper honestly, some of the rooms I’ve stayed in here have had no tv working or fridge/microwave. Also always smells a little bit like animals, maybe cleaning needs to step up there game just a little bit! Otherwise great staff!

Let me start by saying that I will give the best review possible, honest & fair. Others have stayed here and had a good experience. I'm not one of them. Look at my other reviews. However, I stayed for a week and had to take the trash out myself and beg for room service (that I never got) for a room that wasn't worth the $87.⁰⁰ per night. No chair in the room and the small desk had a microwave on it. If you wanted to sit down the bed was the only option. The sink wouldn't drain and the shower was not clean. Booked this hotel many times over past years and have enjoyed a heated pool and nice breakfast. That was not the case on this booking. Rooms said they were double queens, they are just double beds. Breakfast consisted of milk and some toast. There was one oatmeal pie. No butter. No plates. No fruit. Only white bread. Pool is no longer heated and freezing and was our only reason for choosing this hotel was the breakfast and pool for my son’s birthday. Super disappointed in the room. Very musty smell. Hotel security is non-existent. The back door to the building had the security lock drilled out. The room had paint peeling . The hallway carpet was soaking wet. The on the go breakfast wasn't really there. I guess it really means go someplace else for breakfast. The only thing good I can say about the place is it didn't smell like Marijuana, which several other hotels in Illinois unfortunately wreak of it.
