These are people who don't want to work. I came to the office and it was completely empty. Then I tried to call and order parts for my car, and Paul from the sales department (extension number 210) tried to help me with this. When I asked him to clarify the condition of the parts and provide additional photos, he flatly refused. I booked ABS actuator and pump assembly for my Lexus, they quoted $1200. I drove 60 Km to their shop to get it only to find they only have the actuator and they claimed that is all they quoted for. Their invoice clearly mentioned the actuator and pump assembly. The 120Km drive and the time was just wasted. Please ask or the photos before you book anything.
Smooth transaction with my online purchase they did a 90 min drive to a closer location for me to pick up the part, which was more convenient for me to get to. Thanks guys my car is up and running now
