Made me wait a week for a driveshaft. Never called me. I finally called. They Wouldnt sell it because the hanger bearing. I told them i want to buy it as its rebuildable. I expect a used driveshaft to need ujoints and a bearing. Ill replace the bearing no problem. Still Refused the sale after waiting a week! She wouldnt even order it for me! Told me to go to a driveshaft shop to get my destroyed one fixed even after I told her i had to weld in the ujoints so I could get by.. Dont bother with this place. Just buy new if you c... read more
Absolutely outstanding service— I had been searching for a replacement subframe for almost a year and Hotch’s found one that was almost brand new for me right away— every step of the way their customer service was top notch and the total cost was a fraction of what I had been quoted from other suppliers. They were also able to deliver the replacement part to my garage at no extra cost. 10/10 they are my new go-to for any replacement parts!
