Amazing out of town service on a minor issue. Will be back.
Super friendly, above and beyond customer service. Bought several pieces of furniture there in summer 2024, one of our dogs got at the cushion on one of the couches and called to inquire about replacing covers smer 2025. Without hesitation they ordered new covers and I had then within 3 days. Quality furniture, lots of selection, happily support this local business.
I’m not normally one to post a review but dealing with Hotchkiss was an overall great experience. Brittany was awesome in assisting us with finding a sectional and even accommodating us with a couch in the meantime while waiting for ours to arrive. The movers were great in setting up and taking away all the garbage too. I will definitely be recommending and dealing with Hotchkiss in the future. Thanks for the exceptional customer service, we love our sectional!
Purchased 2 living room sets from Hotchkiss and feel majorly duped by them. We dealt with Brittney in store who misguided us majorly. The 1 set was an Ashley set, it’s fine. Nothing special and was reasonably priced as is most basic Ashley furniture. Brittney specifically sold me on a Canadian made, custom product bc she swore it has the best warranty and coverage in case anything happened.
