Called this office for further information & consultation on obtaining a lawyer, a man answered, did not give his name & gave horrible customer service. Didn’t even ask for inmates first name, just assumed who the inmate was off of a last name & then got upset when corrected respectfully & from then on gave horrible customer service & negative attitude & even raised his voice over the phone.
