Food and service was great. However, I sat at the counter and noticed that A. There was mold and dust building up on the ceiling tiles right above where the cooks put the food to be served, and B. Upon a quick look into the kitchen from the booth, the kitchen was greasy and dirty and looked genuinely unkempt. I dont think I will come back.
Great friendly service with reasonable prices. Great breakfast.
Food was quite tasty, however, the grits, while quite smooth and creamy, were almost cold. The corned beef hash was next level, but the "home fries" were just over cooked and fried slices of potato. We will come back.
Torn on how many stars to give. Staff was so nice. But got take out twice. Both were hash browns and b&g's. Both times the gravy was bland & the hash browns were mediocre. $25 spent for this review & didnt eat even half of each order. Gave 3 star instead of 2 just b/c locals & dine-ins say it is a good place.
