Please give your employees paid sick days or something. The dude working the oven and counter yesterday was visibly sick. Snot dripping out of his nose while he was taking my payment, wiping his nose on his sleeve multiple times, then back to cutting/boxing, etc. All without gloves. I gagged thinking about the snot drips falling onto fresh pies.
Hotbox pizza is a very mediocre pizza at an above average price. There isn't anything necessarily bad about it, but the crust is so plain, sauce of average taste but seems high in sodium, and toppings that are just alright. It's like a step above little caesars, but near the cost of higher quality pizzas like greek's or jet's. If they lowered the price by ~25% and retained current quality, they could make a case for being a great pizza for parties/groups. edit: bumped them up to 4* on service because they did reach out hopin... read more
We used to order pizza carry out from this restaurant a lot. In the last six months every time we order a pizza from here it is made wrong, it is undercooked. And it is terrible. I no longer recommend this restaurant at all. They need to get it together. A medium, a large, and an order of bread breadsticks was $64. And it was terrible.
