I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this restaurant multiple chances, it’s clear the biggest issue is the consistently poor service. Every visit has been the same: little to no attention from the staff, empty drink glasses that go without refills, and extremely long wait times for food—even when the restaurant is nearly empty. Wow what a hidden gem!! Don’t skip Hotaru’s, and get their signature speciality Hotaru Roll and/or their Hibachi options. Very grateful for the service and amazing food. Perfect for a intimate date night, casual lunch, or any craving for great food.
