It was nice to experience a true Bikram studio once again. I have been to the so-called 26/2 studios that are based on the Bikram class but most of those teachers haven’t been through the proper training. No doubt about the teacher’s training here. You will get an awesome workout and have the opportunity to challenge yourself to go beyond your perceived limits. Not easy to find in today’s yoga world.

I found this GEM while visiting my parents in Rochester. Marah is so warm, funny, and knowledgeable. As someone who’s just getting back into yoga, I was blown away by her teachings and down to earth personality. If you are in the Rochester area and want to practice or even just explore hot yoga, this studio is a must!! (The corner fire stove makes the studio even cozier).

I have been attending just shy of a year now, I absolutely love it, I love the physical challenge, as well as the mental peace. I'm 53 years old and it makes me feel younger. Marah is very educated and makes each class unique. Thank you.
