Hot yoga as you would expect from a bikram style class
We had an amazing time at my best friend’s bachelorette party! The teachers were amazing and helped us feel comfortable and have a great time celebrating the bride and learning new tricks. I would highly recommend for bachelorette parties or a fun girls activity!

I’ve taken about 6 classes, all with Danny. He’s awesome! Calling myself a beginner is generous. I’ve had to leave class early twice as I am working with some injuries. Both times Danny has been cool and reassuring, even though there is a disruption. In class his instruction is clear, calming and easy to follow. I find class to be incredibly challenging but plan to continue and hopefully improve. The studio is always clean and inviting. Go check this place out.
