Hot Yoga Manchester is amazing. Angela and her team are wonderful instructors and everyone is so nice and friendly. Practicing this yoga is incredibly powerful for my both my mind and body health. Ā
Heat, humidity, sweat, a fantastic atmosphere. It is not the type of yoga I traditionally practice, but I am enjoying both the yoga and pilates classes. The owner and all instructors are lovely folks, knowledgeable and supportive.Ā
Attending yoga classes here is a wonderful experience. The staff and owner, Angela are fabulous, kind, very knowledgeable, and treat their members like family. Iāve been attending classes here for years seasonal. I could not refer a better yoga studio than Angelaās hot yoga studio!Ā
