Great class, enjoyed the whole 45min
I can really only make it to one class a week due to work commitments at the moment but Inferno Hot Pilates on a Saturday is my favourite workout of the week!! Always feel fabulous afterwards and enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

Trialing the $39 beginners package ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! All varieties of yoga at hot yoga Invercargill allow you to get something out of them from relaxation to balance to a OMG I’ve never sweated this much in my life, all the instructors are very friendly and helpful I definitely recommend 👍👍👍
