I love this studio. It offers a lot of different styles in the hot room. Plus all the teachers are very friendly, unique and professional. I’m always learning something new. I never have to worry about injuries because each teacher takes it with you step-by-step, and are very vigilant.

Lydia and Amanda Salazar are amazing instructors—so grateful for their classes! I also really appreciate that the studio keeps the lighting soft and not super bright.

I’ve been practicing at Infused Yoga, and it’s been such a great experience! The heated room is perfect for deepening my practice, and the floors are incredibly comfortable, especially when it comes to inversions. The ambiance is on point – the lighting and vibe of the room really help you focus and unwind. One of the best parts? The cold towels at the end of class – a total game changer! Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to enhance their hot yoga experience.
