Es un lugar muy limpio y Laura es una excelente maestra, he asistido con Elena y Monica una vez con cada una y también son excelentes ; el ambiente es acogedor y si de verdad quieres sanar y fortalecer tu cuerpo y tu mente empieza ya las clases de hot yoga 🧘♀️al comienzo es difícil por el calor pero todo está en tu mente, puedo decir que mi rodilla sanó allí
Great place. Me and my wife really enjoyed it I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to gain flexibility, mobility and peace of mind. I recommend you to take a insulated canister for your water it's really hot in there
This yoga studio has the most amazing instructors. Hot yoga changed my life.
Here's my honest review after attending for one year. I 100% recommend this hot yoga studio. I started yoga for medical reasons. Enclosed is the schedule and price sheet. I tried the two classes for $30 to check it out and it was intense! Some places call this type of class Bikram or 26x2. After those initial classes I made the commitment to attend at least twice a week but the goal was 3 times a week.
