Keith is one of the best if not thee best electrician in WNY. He is a master at his craft, and takes great pride in his work. I would recommend him over any other electrician. An employee parked his truck in the middle of a public sidewalk in a neighborhood - watched me go by twice with a baby in a stroller. I said “buddy you’re parked across the sidewalk” and he said “OK thanks” sarcastically and went back to scrolling on his cell phone. Totally rude would not recommend this company.

After having issues with running small appliances, my daughter and son in law hired Hot Wired Electric for panel replacement, meter box, outlet and switch repair. After having 2 other estimates, Hot Wired Electric was contracted. Keith explained every step of the job and reasons for the upgrade. My daughter called for a estimate which he show up for and was going to get back with a estimate. After 3 weeks and multiple call backs he never returned her calls. I call and asked for a estimate and he called back within 4 hours. Again after asking about the estimate for my daughter's house he said he'd call back . Weeks now and more call backs and he doesn't answer his phone. Useless and his work is probably as bad as his customer service
