ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!! – George Stevenson and his wife, Shaleen Stevenson, showed up around 1:20 pm on 7/27/11 to fix our spa heater. They could not figure out the problem so at 1:45 said they wanted to get lunch. They came back at 2:30 and George said he was not going to try to fix the heater anymore that day because Shaleen was feeling unhappy about her ailing mother. George said he could come back 4-5 days later, and I said I would instead like to just leave it at today since I did not want to wait that long.... read more
