I reached out for a new hot water heater install, after setting a date and time for install I was left waiting all day for him to show up, 3 hours after the appointment time had passed I figured maybe he forgot about the appointment.. I proceeded to reach out and was never contacted back. Not sure how this company’s ratings are so high.
Hot water tank went out over holiday weekend. After not receiving call backs from other companies, I called Hot Water Tanks LLC and Steve picked up the call immediately and was at our house later that afternoon to check things out. New tank was installed and we were back in business. Courteous, friendly and professional service. Thank you Steve!

Steve was very profesional. He was extermely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and advise us on the best options for our situation. He answered his phone on the weekend. We went from our intial call to a fully installed new tank in under 24 hours. He was very down to earth and explained things in a way a layman can understand. His prices are also very reasonable.
