Highly recommend I had a leaking hot water system that was causing a real mess. I called SunCity Hot Water Sunshine Coast and they responded incredibly fast. They had a technician at my house in less than a few hours and fixed the entire issue on the spot. The installer was really friendly, professional. Excellent service, super quick response, I’m very happy with how they handled everything as it could have been a real issue. highly recommend them to anyone needing hot water repairs or replacement!

Very surprised with SunCity's quick turnaround and pricing. Highly recommend SunCity to any realestate (or property owner) looking for good deals on new hot water systems and to not be ripped off by other companies for urgent hot water system replacements. 5 stars, thanks again team!

Complaint - overcharging for system check. The service guy who came out was fine but the $165 call out/check fee is too much for 15-20 mins onsite to tell me there is nothing he can do and need to call a sparky.

These guys installed a new hot water service back in May. This morning we didn’t have hot water (Saturday) do I rang thinking I’d be lucky to have it fixed by the middle of next week. The guy who answered the phone was so helpful, worked out he was in the area and was here in 15 mins! New element and all was good. Def recommend them as their after sales service is excellent! Thanks again
