Had exemplary service from Darren with Hot Water Solutions. Had an issue with our tankless heater that another company came to look at, gave me the choice of 2 terrible options and said the quickest it could be fixed was Thursday for a ridiculous price. Darren came out this morning, fixed it in 10 minutes for a fraction of their quote. I would highly recommend and will be using again for any of our needs. 5 stars!

Darrin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Not only was the leaky pipe found and repaired very quickly, the hot water heater was also installed and fully operational the very next morning. Darrin also identified other issues in the previous installation that would have caused bigger problems later… these were fixed as part of the new installation. Exceptional service and super knowledgeable! They came out same day I called them (not an emergency call) and in a short time my issues were addressed, repaired and I was back normal. It was affordable and good value. I feel confident now that I know a trustworthy company moving forward.
