Junior and his assistant were great. He was very conscious when working in the air studio.
I chose HWS after receiving 4 different quotes, and I absolutely made the right decision. First, the communication with Matt and his team throughout the process was excellent. HWS sent a team of 8 guys to my house to install 5 heat pumps, and they finished in less than 1 day - as promised! After a horrible experience with JSP I decided to contact Kingston HWS to receive a second quote. Here's the break down: JSP Quote $30,000 HWS Quote $12,000 JSP initially said they don't charge to diagnose; then tried to charge me $300 at the end of their 4-hr sales pitch which involved scaring me cause they knew I was in a difficult situation.
