I would give 0 stars dont buy a used hot tub from Paul the used car sales man they sold me junk an was all to happy to keep taking my money. Go some where else!!!
I had purchased a spa from another spa company out of Telluride, and from day one I had nothing but issues. The spa I bought had many problems and when I contacted the company they were less than helpful. After many attempts at trying to have them address my problems, I finnaly called Hot Water Productions. Paul went out of his way to help resolve my issues.
