We had Hot Water Plus out to the house because The hot water in our showers showers weren’t lasting more than 30 seconds. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The amount of sludge that came out of the coil was unimaginable. Now my family can shower one after the other without running out of hot water. I will be Calling Hot Water Plus every year highly recommend this company.
This is the 3rd time we've used this company. they were recommended to me years ago by someone at Wales-Darby since we only have a hot water storage tank for our hot water needs. Each time it has made a significant positive difference in the amount of hot water we get. It's remarkable. The gentleman that was here was also here the other two times we used the company. Courteous and efficient technicians
Caution! This company operates deceptively, claiming past interactions to solicit business. When, in fact, they buy your information from your oil company. They couldn't provide accurate details and responded unprofessionally by hanging up on me when questioned how they obtained my contact information. I called back and told the service manager that if that is the way they conduct business & treat past customers that I would not want to do business with them anyway. His response was..."Good!
