I organised a DUX hot water system replacement through Bunnings for my elderly mother and Hot Water Maintenance were the subcontractors tasked with the install. They inspected the premises on Monday morning and said that it looks OK and they should be able to install it in the next couple of days after their supervisor checks their report. I was quoted by another company from Millperra, $6000 for a Rheem Gas hot water system. I was in tears wondering how I could afford to pay that for a hot water system. I called HWM & was quoted $2500 for the very same system supplied and installed. Because I didn’t have hot water my old system was completely gone .. Frank rearranged the schedule so that he could have my system delivered and installed within a few hours .
