Logged a call for service and 1/2 an hour later John showed up. We live out of town. He systematically worked through the problem from beginning to end, one by one eliminating the next phase of the problem. John provided explanations every step of the way, including the costs to us finishing in a timely manner. Service like this is very hard to find but when received it is very much appreciated. Thank you Hot Water guys especially John.
Highly recommended outstanding service. John was great, 👍 explained everything, he was right on time, work area was left neat and tidy. Very much happy with the service.
