I want to warn anyone considering using this company for boiler servicing — my experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked them to service my boiler, which is only 1.5 years old. The issue was minor: the hot water pressure was slightly lower than the cold, and I just wanted it improved. When the technician arrived, he said a part needed replacing. Had the team from Hot Water Maintenance send a tech out when our tank stopped heating. The boys were fast, efficient and skilled in what they did. Very polite and well priced. Highly recommend.
