I haven't really had any service done by this company but I did meet Jack and he is the nicest guy. I was at the grocery store with a trunkload and I accidentally locked my keys in when I closed the trunk. He saw me struggling to try and break in to pop the trunk from the inside. He came up and asked if he could call AAA for me to have them unlock it. I offered to pay and he refused saying that it just looked like I could use some help.
