From the start, Carla was super friendly and helpful when it came to providing a solution for our new hot water service, with no pressure or pushy sales pitch. Went out of their way to install my new hot water system ASAP.
As soon as I called Dan from Hot Water Heroes he was at my door with a new hot water system within in 48 hours. Our hot water system was rapidly leaking water and needed replacement. I called a number of solar hot water places and got very expensive quotes and long delays. Dan worked on my system - took pride in his work, kept our yard clean and even offered to dispose of the old unit.
