First time here. Arrived at 430 to buy product. Girl was walking out the door and said no one was here to help me. Hours posted were till 5pm. I pointed that out. She still said she couldn’t help me. I won’t be back. Next...
Mark was great. Resolved my tub issue pretty quick and the rates were good.
Good repair experience. My hot tub was leaking. Mark, the man who came to fix it was very friendly and efficient. He found the problem quickly and was very honest. He didn't try to sell me anything. He said he could try to fix the leak without me buying an extra part, and if that didn't work I could have him replace the part then (which is obviously more expensive). We've had no leaking since he came, and if there is, I'll just give them another call. It was a great experience overall.
