Amazing customer service for out of province ordering. I had ordered the wrong part and reached out to them to discuss. They worked with me using the S/N of my tub to determine the correct part. Both the wrong parts and the correct parts had to be ordered in special for me, but they still went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed.
I bought Dominion spa L740 in 2022 at a fair price ($10K +HST). Delivery not included. Expect to pay $400 from local delivery company. Pumps and plumbing are holding out ok; but circulation pump was defective and had to be replaced under warranty within 3 months. LED lights also were not wired correctly and had to be serviced under warranty within 3 months. Heater is too small as it struggles to maintain temperature in cooler weather. Fast service! They know what they are doing! Communication is excellent! I have a 25 year old tub and moved into the house not knowing anything about it. The tech took the time to explain to me things I needed to know. The owner was extremely patient with all my concerns and questions.
