Rowdy says Cindy and the Sales staff were great, delivery was ok. They promised a set of steps and never produced them.they promised new sides for the hot tub, and never produced them. They left the side panels of the hot tub 1/2 put on , open so the mice can get into the wiring.promised they would be back in 10 days to 2 weeks with new side panels and would secure and correctly put the hot tub together and bring the steps ,that was last September , and I haven’t seen any service out of them yet
Best purchase we’ve made for our home! Our hot tub is comfortable, easy to use, and perfect for relaxing after long days or enjoying quiet evenings. It’s turned our backyard into a little getaway.
