Beginning our search for a hot tub and Colin was very helpful. Even though we were from out of town and wouldn't be purchasing, he answered our questions and presented the pros and cons of tubs, features and brands. Wish we were local and could purchase from Colin.
Colin is a great guy to deal with, excellent service, we were able to get a part and fix our tub on a Sunday! Thanks again! Would highly recommend them!
Scott and Colin are great guys. Very informative. Answered all of our questions. Very personable. We’re not pushy. They didn’t try to sell the most expensive hot tub at the get go. . I highly recommend. And best party they are a family owned. So go get a hot tub.
We walked in and immediately greeted by Collin. We explained what we were looking for. He listened and showed us multiple spas meeting our criteria. He was thorough in explaination of the various difference. We walked having purchased a CalSpa and can’t wait to use it in our new home! Highly recommend this store. The prices were better than others in town.

It was good timing on our part, and that combined with the willingness to answer our long list of questions, Colin, the owner, was gracious and informative. When returning for additional supplies, and the experience was equally friendly. Hot Tubs of Montrose worked for us for all those reasons. Oh yeah.. we love our tub! Thanks Colin & Hot Tubs of... read more
