They came out at a moments notice when their business was closed just a couple days before Christmas Day to help us when we had issues. Although the issue couldn’t be fixed there and then, they couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful and we will be using them in the future for all our hot tub servicing and maintenance needs

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish! From start to finish, the service from Jacuzzi Hot Tub Liverpool was absolutely amazing. Mike, in particular, was fantastic — he gave me a clear and concise price and timeline, and truly went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule. Can't thank/praise the team any higher. Stressful enough moving house only to be let down moving something else. Rang Claire last minute to see if they could move a hot tub from Altricham to Dutton urgently. Lads were there the next morning and what a fantastic service. Highly recommended.
