I purchased a new Platinum Spa from Hot Tub John. Love the spa and found out how important it is to have a dealer that stands behind the product and has the knowledge to service when needed. John, Chris, and entire staff delivered as promised. Highly recommend them for sales and service. Well done guys.

John answers the phone quickly and there are not five buttons to push to contact him. He took time to show us how to operate it and also how to do the chemicals.
