Excellent company to deal with Steve has the most knowledge of hot tubs of any company I’ve shopped at. He knows tubs inside & out & has a great selection of tubs.
We had a really great experience with both the purchase of our hot tub as well as delivery! Steve went above and beyond for us! The tub Was carefully placard and set up! Extremely informative and it was easy to order extras and parts! It has been 3 years now and we feel that our tub is high quality and still in great condition! We would purchase again!
The folks at HTG are very friendly and knowledgeable and they set me up with a great Tub at a great price!
Poor service. Replaced my hot tub lid, left a huge mess on my back deck, did not take the old lid as promised. I had to follow up multiple times to get it dealt with. Then they reached out to me to share my experience and refer them? I responded with my poor experience but the owner didn’t seem to think much of it. He did finally apologize. I don’t normally share negative feedback but they asked!
