Service is mediocre at best. Rude receptionist.
We've done business with Hot Tubs Etc a few years now but our recent experience was over the top! A day before a guest was checking in at our rental cabin, Hanky Panky, we discovered our outdoor tub wasn't heating! We called Samatha immediately and she dispatched Tony for a service call quickly. Tony repaired our tub heater in record time contributing to and resulting in a 5 star review from our guests! Extremely Knowledgeable Staff, Very Fast, and Reliable. I called and they came out to measure my tub for a new cover and with in a week and a half I had my new cover. They took the old one and the new one is a perfect fit.
