This place is a joke. Radio never worked. They promised they would replace it after it was blown because the tube leaked after they replaced the seals and never tightened the joints. Cant get anyone on the phone. Spend alittle bit more money and go anywhere but here.. To top it off with the warranty paper work they also left behind a letter to judge Thorman to please allow Jeffrey Irwin to continue to work for this company and be able to drive their vehicles and have his driver's license. Unbelievable!!!

You're better off doing a DYI water trough than rely on Charlie to do anything other than to cash your check. Never returns phone calls {except if there is money owed} and certainly has no customers service other than to cash your check. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The shop is never open. Calls never returned or messages. Would not recommend them. If my hot tub breaks, how can I get it serviced? I have been asking for a YEAR for the type of filter my hot tub requires as it is not a standard size that any other place carries and get NO response back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They do not care about their customers after you purchase. The jets fell out into the hot tub after we bought it as well.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and go somewhere reputable where the customer service is professional and trusted. Read the reviews. Still waiting for accessories owed to me... One excuse after another. Contemplating legal counsel after no responses. 6,000.00 of my hard earned money spent for a very low rent purchase experience. We purchased a tub here in November of 2018. The tub itself is in working order but the lid was delivered damaged. We were told that we would recieve a new lid once it came in. Almost a year later and we are still waiting. The damaged lid has caused heat loss and thus money out of our pocket. This is a real concern as cold weather approaches yet again.
