Cliff was super generous and knowledgeable while helping us with our tub. He is your guy if you are looking for someone genuine and professional to get you a new tub, or help you heal your already existing one. Highly recommend!
Clif is old fashion and honest; a genuine human. He spoke with me and explained the details of what was going on with my spa for nearly 20 minutes on the phone before I even hired him. He is very generous with his time and clearly an expert at having worked with spas for decades. He got me on his schedule witching days and was very efficient with the repair. And as an added bonus, he is very affordable. He is my go to from now on. Can’t recommend him enough.

I have a 24 year old Coast Spa that's still working great. I recently lost my hot tub quick reference card, I contacted Cliff at Hot Tubs de Santa Fe and he went above and beyond and found one for me. I live about an hour from Santa Fe and will begin to make Hot Tubs de Santa Fe my go to store for all my hot tub supplies. Customer service like Cliff's is very hard to come by these days.
