I am a longtime Hot Spring hot tub owner who worked with Nanette Fredericks and her lovely family member Marika of Hot Tubs by HotSpring in Red Bank, NJ for a few years buying chemicals for my 11 year old Hot Springs hot tub..which was very dated but did the job. My fiance, Jeff, and I had an exceptional experience at Hot Tubs by Hot Spring in Red Bank, NJ. From the very first fact-finding visit to the store to our eventual purchase of the Aria hot tub, Marika was very patient, knowledgeable and informative about the different available hot tubs, the salt water system, the mechanics and specifications of the hot tubs. Excellent sales staff. Marika was attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. She asked the right questions and knew how to close the deal. Delivery was on time and Jack even made a trip back to educate us on using and servicing our Hot Tub. We love it and highly recommend Hot Tubs by HotSpring in Red Bank. We gave it 5 stars because we love the Aria and the service. There was a chip on the steps which will be replaced and not the fault of Hot Tubs by HotSpring in Red Bank. It was a manufacturers issue.

Having purchased a spa from a competitor in Freehold several years ago, I approached Hot Tubs by Hot Spring in Red Bank with some reservations. After a couple of meetings and comparisons, I decided to have then service my spa. Their steps involved picking the unit up and after several attempts to repair issues, they went to the manufacturer and recommended that I receive a replacement spa AT NO CHARGE!
