Great company. I bought our first hot tub from them over 8 years ago and I have recently upgraded to a newer model. On both occasions, Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the different makes and models available and advice on the best model to meet our requirements. We also have our service plan with them to ensure everything is running smoothly. The engineers are very helpful, professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
Had an issue with a swim spa - got booked in - no messing about - two guys came out and fixed the issue. Downside is that we all need to get swimming again. Much appreciated thanks for a great service.
Great customer service after visiting the store to get some chemicals to clean my Hot tub.The staff are very knowledgeable on their products I like the fact you Don't get pressured into buying stuff that you don't need.
