Had an issue with a swim spa - got booked in - no messing about - two guys came out and fixed the issue. Downside is that we all need to get swimming again. Much appreciated thanks for a great service.
Great customer service after visiting the store to get some chemicals to clean my Hot tub.The staff are very knowledgeable on their products I like the fact you Don't get pressured into buying stuff that you don't need.

Steve and Mark visited today to service my rather neglected hot tub and I have to say from start to finish they were wonderfully professional and very hard-working and caring in their approach. I cannot fault the service that I have received today. They have been phenomenal.
