Very nice and easy to work with and helpful.
Great service very professional and informative
The Hot Tub Family service responded promptly to my request. Jeremiah was great, immediately identified my problem (leak). They were able to get the part needed, thankfully still under warranty, replaced the part, and got me back up in running. Thank You!
Jeremiah (hopefully spelled right) was awesome from start to finish very thorough and informative on the process and use of the new cover and retraction system. Five stars all day for him.
