I was asked to leave a review prior to purchasing the tub because they felt they were giving me a great discount. This request came from the salesperson, Juel, and the owner, TJ. While I do believe I received a fair deal, the tub was delivered damaged. One corner was busted, the waterfall didn’t work, and the buttons inside the tub malfunctioned. This has been one of the worst experiences for me. We got our spa here 5 years ago. Even then it took almost 5 weeks to get a spa umbrella and they tried to give me a broken one at first. Then we get to present day….. our cover had gone bad and I ordered a new cover BACK IN APRIL!!!! It is now late August….. every time I called I was given the run around and then no one wouldn’t back to me. We had the best experience we could ever imagine. I expected a used car type circus but they actually cared about what made sense for us. Joey was very informative and helped us make the perfect choice in a spa. Thanks to Joey! We have been in our spa for 12 straight days and we’ve never felt better!
