I would just like to give a shout-out to the owners of this hot tub store. I purchased a spa, and my husband became ill, so I had to cancel my purchase. I appreciate Lindsay and her dad, Steve, for understanding and working with us. Although it took a little time and a few things went wrong, we did get our refund. I just want to thank them for understanding our unfortunate situation. I highly recommend Hot Tub Time on Eubank. So full transparency I didn't buy a hot tub from here but we moved into a new house with a hot tub and I had no idea what I was doing. I walked into the store and said just that and an amazing woman came and explained everything to be and best of all I bought all the products and items I needed being a new hot tub owner. I won't buy any supplies on line because I want to keep supporting this business beacuse their people have been so caring and helpful. If you so want to buy a hot tub I highly recommend them.
