Bought a hot tub and a swim spa from this company when they were shutting down, both described as showroom demonstration models. The well is hot tub had the filters removed, the lifter removed and didn’t heat up, after a little help from the owner my messages are being ignored… needs a new control panel at a cost of around £1400… turns out it 4 years old and well used.
