I noticed a slow drip coming from a washed plug on the pump. I tried to nip up the plastic plug and sheared it off causing the slow drip to turn into an outpouring. I temporary plugged the hole and emailed Hot Tub World to see if they could send out an Engineer to fix the problem which involved the removal of the broken plug thread from a hard to get to place. They were able to respond within a few days and Matt their Service Engineer arrived as per the appointed time and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He was ve... read more
