Giving two stars because he did advise me to put a heater in while waiting for a pump to arrive. However he never acknowledged my info about the pump after I sent it to him. He never responded to any of the messages I sent while trying to get his help. After three weeks of being ignored I took my business elsewhere. Pathetic effort!
Highly recommend! Called to schedule what could have been pricey out of area service call. After explaining issue he stayed on the phone with me and had me try different things until it was working perfectly! Personable, knowledgeable, helpful and honest...incredibly grateful and my faith in humanity is restored. Will definitely be using his services going forward and referring my friends and colleagues.
Willy was super nice and knowledgeable and accommodating to us! Before calling him, other places in town told us that our hot tub was too old to be fixed and tried to sell us a new one. Willy came over right away and fixed it quickly! Would recommend to anyone. It’s nice to have someone trustworthy to call if we ever have any other problems!
William is so friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and helpful. Could not recommend more!
