I cannot say enough good things about Shruti, who I contacted to move my Hot tub during a terrible time of year to be doing such things. She was able to coordinate the move in a timely manner which helped reduce a ton of stress. The tech Jordan and his helper, Blair were absolutely amazing. I had no idea how the two of them managed it with just the two of them, but the moved my tub, quickly (as it was cold) and safely. They hooked it up for me and everything went absolutely perfect. Best place ever!!! So helpful and not all about the money. Wanting to get you the best price and help you all the way through. Even delivered , set up and gave a detailed lesson on how to care for our tub. Ongoing support without trying to sell you things you don't need. Jordan is my new best friend. Hes definitely the guy you want to talk to. Highly recommend!!
Shruti and the team are wonderful. They do their best to help for warranty purposes and even parts. I have called them on a Sunday and they even return your calls. Great customer service
