We are a women-led, inclusive business and we are big supporters of other local businesses and organizations. We will only sell you what you need, and we don’t sell anything we wouldn’t personally use. We don’t use pushy sales tactics, and we don’t charge separately for necessities. We want you to get the hot tub YOU want.

We purchased our hot tub from them about two years ago and had high expectations. I honestly have not been very impressed with the quality of hot tub and the customer service. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to ask about warranty replacement of parts and they aren’t responding to me. It’s hard to get in to the store by 5pm during the week and on Saturdays because of traffic in that area and my work schedule and they won’t email me back.
