The team at Hot Tub Tony's have always gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They are always willing to go that extra mile

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made promises that were not kept, recommended installers that never showed up and did nothing to fix the situation. His favorite line seems to be “all sales are final.”
